SEPTEMBER NEWS LETTER

Hello Nyayo Family,

We are happy to send to you this month’s Newsletter because we know God’s plan is to give every child hope and a future through the vision He has put on Nyayo. Our donors contributed $2,234.50 this month! We were able to reach our goal of $4650 once again this month by using $609 from past surplus and topping off the rest from our board members. On top of our monthly donors, a special thanks to Mike and Sara Mantia who joined our effort this month as a new donor. Huge thanks to all who give, as we couldn’t meet the needs without you.

Our board members continually meet to discuss ways to improve our operation and to better connect our donors with the work that we do. This month we have paired with a donor management platform called Kindful to help us do exactly that. Kindful will not only make tracking all donor information and transactions easier for us but will give us the ability to now be able to offer online credit card payments. Kindful also allows each donor to help us cover the processing fees if they so feel inclined. But as always we are committed to covering any expenses and fees to ensure that our donors money goes 100% to our kids.

October will also mark the start of us using social media more to communicate more frequently with any who are interested. Hunter will be heading this up to share the heart of your work, and also give glimpses of what life looks like for our children in Uganda. We will be starting off with Instagram. Words have power to transform situations and our children love sending you special letters every month to express your impact on their lives and also to share greetings. This month we have a short greeting from Nabbosa Noeline. Noeline is a very social girl who loves to smile.

“My name is Nabbosa Noeline. I am 6 years and a half. Me, I love the Lord because he cares for me and my friends. I love to read the bible and I like to pray. I like to paint and run and dancing. We are glad that we can partner with you to change lives of young children. Your giving and support reminds us of John 15:12, that we love one another as God has loved us.
